Along with our February business meeting, our program was about First State Regent for Arkansas DAR, Kathrine Breckinridge. Pictured is our guest speaker, Heather Register Zbinden. She is the Outreach Coordinator for the Bobby L. Roberts Library of Arkansas History and Art at the Central Arkansas Library System. She has worked in public history for over 20 years and has contributed to projects at the Old State House Museum and the Central High School National Historic Site. We learned so much about our First State Regent!
